Hey there guys I have an AW R3 and for some reason when I plug in my K70 corsair RGB keyboard it makes this static noise which sounds like it's coming from the ports, after it a while it stops but whenever I start playing a game the static buzz comes back. I plugged the keyboard in my R1 and it doesn't make the buzz. Could it be the motherboard?

No it's coming from the actual USB ports on the left side. It's like a static buzz.

Odd. My 17R3 had that same static buzz right out of the box; (among other issues) -whenever I typed on the keyboard or used the track pad without anything plugged into the USB ports, I could hear it very clearly. The noise is VERY irritating. Waiting for a brand new replacement, which should have been here last week, but evidently they are out of stock on motherboards; which is delaying customer builds. Go figure.

I'd say demand a motherboard replacement
