OK... So why did Alienware put a RAID option in the bios, set it to RAID then send them out like this? There is no option to actually set the m.2 drives up in raid so why make it available in the bios?

One more puzzler than Alienware techs can't answer and can't seems to find an answer. This 13 came with a 951 nvme drive.. Can you add a second m.2 NON NVME drive as a second drive or does it have to be NVME as well since the original drive is nvme?

    Danka!

Well that first point you make does sound kinda stupid..... not unlike Dell.

As for the M.2 slot, as far as I'm aware, you can put any M.2 drive in there. Be it an NVMe drive or not.
