    Heyo,

When gaming on my laptop for the past month or so of owning it, the fans hardly turned on during games, at the most they turned on enough so you could feel the heat blowing out the back on your hand. But today, I fired up the same games I played and the fans are running at max, very loud and they get that way very fast.

Is there some sort of driver problem or...?

I've fixed my fan issues by doing a fresh reflash of the BIOS.

Also, if you're using HWiNFO64, it may be tweaking your fans....I had issues where the darn fan controller in HWiNFO64 made my fans not come on at one point...it's just goofy. Be careful if you're using that app.

Have you checked the vents to see if it has dust build up?

Did you check the temps? I'd do as above, re-flash the BIOS. Otherwise, you could use a manual tool to adjust the fan speed.

Yes, the gpu temp at it's hottest is 65degC and the CPU is around 67 at it's hottest. How would I reflash the bios? I did it on my m11 a long time ago and forget :I

Let us know how that goes. To re-flash you just need to download the BIOS file and run it. It'll start the installation process on its own after you hit on accept.

I uninstalled the program and still no progress. Fans still kick in as they did before. Will try the flash later tonight
