    Hey guys,

I already have a AW 13 with the QHD 2560x1440 Touch Display and I really like it. I just noticed they are now using a QHD+ 3800x1800 Touch Display.

How much better the the newer display other then the higher res? Is it worth selling my currently AW and upgrade to the newer QHD+ ?

You can alwyas try calling your dell support, and ask them for a replacement screen. And since they are getting back a functional QHD screen of yours, it can still be used by them for a refurbished model. So you might perhaps ask for a discount

Do you need a higher resolution? The specs of the screen such as contrast wont be much different.

I'm not seeing an option on dell's website for anything over 1080p right now...? Where'd it go? ><

They can change their options as availability of parts change, try again later.

That's not something we normally do. If the OP wants to do the upgrade he'll likely need to order a whole new assembly.

All this said, do you have an idea of when the QHD+ panel will be available through Dell? As it stands, third-party resellers like Newegg and Microsoft store have them but with a GTX 860m.

No idea as of now. I'll ask the sales team internally and try to retrieve that info ASAP.
