    The second pic looks like some bleed at the bottom. I would have kept some of the ones i had if the bleed was that minimal on mine.

    After have corresponded with Dell support, it turns out that I'm not the only one with this panel issue. They will send out a technician by the end of the month with a working panel and exchange it. They're out of panels currently and I should contact them again by the end of February. Well, guess I just have to live with it until them.
