ill be honest and say I don't know
What your policy is on people running coupon scams or telling sob stories about how they are out of work(confirmed lie) and need to make money off of other board members to survive, but I hope you will consider banning the option. It's nonsense and people come on these boards to get help with tech issues, ideas, builds, and savings strategy. I don't have an issue with people telling best ways to save money from Dell which is a business but not if costs money from forum members. Just think it's kind of scummy and shady. Especially for those people who come about the codes in questionable ways. Or who would rather let codes expire and savings be lost than to provide them to fellow members. Just one persons thoughts but I am sure there are some who agree.

    Interesting.

I sold mine via paypal invoice so that if it was indeed a scam, the purchaser could get refunded with purchase protection from it. Of course, as a protection to myself, I saved the dialogues between the buyers. In fact, this is how the transaction should occur that protects both parties. I personally sold several that saved 400+ dollars on all of the buyers and they have been thankful.

Letting the coupons to sell or to die off, the decision lies with the holder that received it. I'm not sure why you think that you would be the judge to say something to that?

It really is a simple math. If you can't do that or don't know how it works, stay away.

I think this whole coupon scalping needs to be gone from this forum. It makes it seem like a shady place and may deter company representatives coming here. If selling coupons wasn't allowed in the marketplace, people shouldn't be allowed to sell them at all on this website.

We do permit coupons to be sold on this forum in the Marketplace. It's a recent change to the rules. They are subject to the same regulations as any other sale.

If someone wants to sell used tissues - we have no problem with that. Whoever buys it deserves to pay whatever they paid for it.

This has been taken private with the OP and thread is now closed. If you have problems with this or anything discussed in this thread, PM me and I will hear you out.
