I'm planning on getting a Graphics Amp + a 980ti. Any recommendation on non-reference cards that fit?

Couple of threads with advice. Here's the rule of thumb that I've come up with after reading recommendations from others: you don't want one of the cards that sticks way up from the top plate of the PCI bracket. The one I'm planning to get (others have said it works) is the Gigabyte G1. Normally listed around $660. This is also reviewed as one of the best ones on the market in terms of performance, cooling, and quality.
