Hi all. I have been looking all over the internet and cannot find and results.

Can anyone tell me what the max safe voltage is for the 6820hk? Is 1.19v too high if the temps are reasonable?

    Thanks

I have the 6820HK in a brand new v.high end MSI GT72S Dominator Pro G. I tend to just OC it to 4Ghz via BIOS or the Dragon Gaming Center app with no voltage change but would like to increase the voltage as I believe the CPU is safe between 0.75-1.2V BUT do not take that as gospel. I am still looking on the net for advice especially whats best to set in the BIOS of this laptop the max cpu voltage. CineBench scores in both r11 and r15 are quite impressive @ 4Ghz with no voltage tweaks.
