    Please help.

Everything was fine and dandy, until I started playing some games. I was too busy to monitor anything, until I had an in game freeze. I then ran HW monitor at took a look at XTU. XTU is reporting throttling meanwhile HWinfo completely misses it, except for reporting a drop to 750mhz. What is going on here? Temps are even across the board and now this is happening?

I would post the screenshot but I forgot to resize and1440p would piss people off.

Just changed a whole bunch of settings... I think I might have fixed it.
I will do some game testing over the weekend and report back in.
Actually got my power settings in order. Thank you Steven!

Thanks for posting this I can confirm that I also have this exact same issue I believe. When it happens it happens in a CPU intensive game like BF1 and the FPS drops to like 15-20 as the CPU is throttled to 700MHz. It lasts for a few minutes and then goes back up to 4.2GHz again. I upgraded to BIOS 1.0.9 and this seems to make it more stable as well as adding another 5-10mV. Can you check if this also works for you?

I also noticed that the GT: Fuses Limit was being triggered as well as a few others in the Limit Reasons area of HWinfo. Do you see that also?

No idea what it is though and I need some more testing to determine if it's now fixed...
