The macbook air doesnt even have half of the power. So yeah you cannot expect the same unfortunately.

With the aw15r2. Previous model i get 5 hours with full brightness browsing. Turning down the brightness to 70% gives me 7. Half brightness 8.

Gaming will net you max about an hour with gaming on battery consisting of low FPS rates. General surfing will last more than enough

I'm not looking for power. I have my P870DM3 laptop with dual 1080s.

I was just wondering how battery life is nowadays. My Alienware M18xR2 got four to four 1/2 hours on iGPU and about two hours on dGPUs.

I own a r4 gtx 1080 which gets like 2-3, but ive been looking on picking up a outlet r3 for the portability. From everything ive researched about it, it seems like most people are getting anywhere from 6-8 hours. Lowest ive seen is 5, and the highest someone claimed was 12.

I think you will find 10 at most. 20% is kinda ridiculous to expect XD

I've ordered my last 17 with 20% off. They come and go. Even 10% would be fine but I missed all of those deals already.

i dont want to admit it, but the quality of the cells are ******** !!! i can live with less quantity over more quality, i am disappointed at this moment. when i have more money i would like to buy a 13" model with oled, but if the quality of the battery is still as **** as now, i will think about buying an Eurocom f5 ( is a mess that eurocom dont sell their laptops on south america ) the only thing that worry me is the warranty if something happens
