I ordered one yesterday, and waiting for it
    I choose 「Core i7 6700HQ + GTX 1070 8GB + Tobii eye tracking」 instead of 「Core i7 7700HQ + GTX 1060 6GB - without Tobii eye tracking」( just < 5$ different )

I'm plan to update from Win10 Home to Win10 Pro because I have digital license of Win10 Pro.

If I do so, is my R4 lost warranty from DELL ? Do I have to be careful to anything (drivers, factory programs ) ?

No just update to 10 pro you wont have any problems. I bought my current one with 10 Pro but have upgraded previous Alienware laptops without any problems. Drivers remain the same. You wont have any warranty problems as windows 10 in general is supported with the model.

Do you have a retail license of PRO? Some OEM license might have activation issues.
    Retail keys will work flawlessly.

Yes only your data though and you must clean install Windows. I'd wait for creators update or on second thoughts, Stick with Anniversary edition aka Redstone 1.

what do you mean "clean install Windows" ? format C:\ then install new one, not directly upgrade from Win10 Home?

IIRC, MS states that Win pro will erase current Home edition for best performance.
Yes clean install windows because all drivers and apps are available on Dell support site.
