The USB-C on my 17R3 doesn't seem to work. Are there any special drivers that need installing, or is need repairing by Alienware?

Download the latest Thunderbolt drivers and firmware from the alienware driver download pages for your laptop.

Also make sure you use good cables. there are a lot faulty **** cables on the market for USB-C.
