17 r4 sale 3 days after order.....

So i ordered a r4 on the 28th and today i noticed their is a $500 off the same laptop...if i call customer support will they refund me the $500?

 

Hi. I don't believe that can happen but you should be able to cancel and reorder with new price.

 

Worth a shot but they will probably just tell you to cancel and reorder. Is the price difference actually $500? Because they tend to jack them up then put them on sale.

 

Talking with them now and hes said they can as long as its the exact same which it is. Hes got me on hold verifying the specs are identical. Think im good to go. Kick ass $500 off! Its $500 yes but canadian, "Spring cleanout sale"

EDIT** Forgot I got a $150 discount off my warranty so he said they wont work together. They are not giving me the full $500 however I am getting $350 plus the tax difference back ($372). Works for me! Awesome, pays to check my order status 10x a day lmao. Now if it would just switch from "Work in Progress" to "Shipped" lol.

 

I dont see such sale on US site, its about dell canada?

My laptop shipped today and is coming from a city thats 1 hour away ha. Wierd my backpack hasnt shipped yet.

** EDIT So the backpacks back ordered until the 17th, canceling and ordering to through bestbuy.ca they have it in stock. Its really too bad I cant wait because Dell offered me a further discount of $20. Working away sucks!!! Lol

So I harrassed Dell again and getting the full $500+tax refund. Just had to send them screen shots of the 500 and 150 discounts working together.
