I am getting speeds of 150mbit/s download, but < 0.1mbit/s upload when using 5ghz. 2.4ghz I get 20-40 down, 18-20 up (my connecting is 350/25, using an arris tg1672g router). I upgraded to windows 10 as soon as my laptop arrived so I can't say if it worked properly before win10. I am using the drivers found on the dell support site. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?

    Thanks!

I am also using windows 10 on my AW 17 r2 and when using 5 GHz I can upload as my internet provider allows me to (3 Mbps but that's because of my internet provider).

Replaced my wireless router with a new asus and now I am getting 90% of my rated speeds. Oddly enough, I was able to get full upload speeds on my cell phone @5ghz with the old router though.

IDK if this is going to help you in any way, but the "Killer Network Manager" app is a f***ing piece of crap, and it made my internet slow, created DNS errors, and generated errors on GTA V online too. After a lot of research I found out that on the app, under "Network", you can disable "Enable bandwith control", and that, at least for me, solved all my network problems :)

Hope this helps you man, good luck!

It must have been a compatibility issue with the router. If you have a Killer Wireless, try using the drivers from the manufacturer to get the best performance possible.

The Arris line is a hit and miss router/modem combo.. Did you buy this yourself, or was it supplied by your ISP?

Enjoy the Asus.. I used an Asus RT-AC68U before converting all my routers to Ubiquiti routers. Make sure you have the latest firmware installed, or look up the Merlin releases for your Asus for more options. :)
