    15 r3 stuck on windows welcome screen

    Got a bit of a wired problem here. My 15 r3 gets stuck on Windows welcome screen if I try to turn cpu performance off in bios.
    The only way I can boot up is if I got back into bios and turn cpu performance back on, any ideas?
