I've updated latest version of BIOS with 15 R3 6820HK then I can't load to Windows with error "system_thread_exception_not_handled". So I disabled performance mode and its run as well.
Does any body have the same issues? Maybe Dell disable performance mode on this BIOS version

Have you tried to reset your bios to optimized defaults?

I've had the same problem when using the performance mode with BIOS 1.17.
For me, a second installation of the BIOS helped - i.e. just rerun the update file.
To me it seems that some parts of the BIOS (presumably some settings) didn't stick the first time around.
After flashing 1.17 for the second time, my laptop would start in OC level 3 without instant BSODs.
