Is this possible? I know that u cant get 144Hz via Laptop, but if i use the Graphicscard inside the ga as output it should be possible or am i wrong?

Yes. I've done it before with my GTX 960 to my 144Hz monitor.
The external GPU has it's own display restrictions separate from the laptop's display restriction (from iGPU or dGPU or TB3, if you have the Skylake models). If you connect a monitor to the eGPU, you are bound by the desktop GPU's restrictions (possibly as wide as 3200x1800@120Hz with G-Sync). Connect monitor to laptop, and you're bounded by the laptop's restrictions.
