Hello everyone i am new user who has been struggling with a setup on my 13r3. I have been trying to get full control over the fans within hwinfo but i am only getting 3 options for fan speed. On the 15r3 i can easily use the slider in hwinfo to adjust rpm to 1000 rpm or any specific speed i would like for the two fans but on the new 13 laptop i am unable to get full access. Any suggestions would be awesome i have tried many different setings and nothing seems to work

What version of hwinfo are you using? I have the 13r3 and can't seem to get any control of my fans. when I click on the fan icon nothing happens :(

Have you disabled EC support in Preferences?

No I haven't, will have a look when I get home from work. Is this in hwinfo preferences or do I have to change a setting in the BIOS?

You really cant make a nice custom profile setup as hwinfo currently is not fully enabled for the 13r3 so you only have option of 3 fan speeds.
