13R3 i5+GTX1050 - What thermals to expect?

Hello,
First of all backstory if anyone cares:
My Dell Inspiron 7577 is being returned as the warranty was not able to repair it and I will probably be choosing to get my money back instead of getting a new unit as the unit would have to be shipped from the USA and I'd have to wait a month to get it to my place unless I'll pay extra for the shipping or something like that. So I'm looking to get a replacement and the 13r3 pooed into my eyes. Now I am looking for the owners of a specific unit: GTX 1050, i5 - 7300HQ, OLED Display. Odd conifguration right? Sadly it's the only one I could find ( https://www.tehnox.si/prenosnik-dell-alienware-13r3-i5-16gb-aw13r3-461-dz-touch-p-61563.html) in my country.

ANYHOW ONTO THE QUESTION:
How are the thermals like with this model when under load? I'm coming from a 7577 which is a very, very well cooled system with the GPU rarely going over 60 while having a 1060. Now I've read things about 13R3 and how it can have bad thermals but most of the reviews have an i7+1060 so I'm looking for what thermals I can expect in a i5 + 1050 and if they are bad how hard is it to replace the thermal paste and does it help?
