    Does anyone know how to raise power delivered to the 1070 in order to remove this PerfCap ?

    Not possible until Alienware unlocks it. They said that they would do it for the 1080, but if you spam them on their twitter they might accept to do it also for the 1070.

    But even at stock clocks it goes to it power limit... They need to fix this

    So basically if they do not raise the power limit they are limiting OC capability... if your saying it is already capping at stock speeds.

    They are going to be unlocking the PL on the GPUs.
