Hello, I just tested the webcam system of the lap and realize that the Dell drivers ( I think* ) lock dead the webcam on 0.9 MP 720p Resolution. Tested with facerig and and camera apps from windows 10 and realized that.
I did poke around the google and still find no satisfied answer for this situation.

So, I asked the Alienware certificated fanpage and they said :

The question is : In general, is Alienware 17r4 Actually have FHD Res or not ? And why camera for such powerful rigs like Alienware are not able to run high demanded res at FHD ?
Is anyone experienced the same thing ?
EDIT: How about the AW 2018 gen ? Do you have the same thing as mine ?
    Thank you.

Guess its a HD ready 720P camera. according to this test https://webcamtests.com/

But apart from the resolution. webcams that are integrated are pretty much always ****.
