    hello guys how are you?

i just got my new alienware 15 R3 and already have some problems. I'll try to be as clear as i can. Let's go.

im having some drops (i guess this is it) when i try to do multiple tasks, such as play a music in youtube and open other sites at the same time.

When im using headphones or even wihout, im getting some noises/clatter/loudness/freezing and drops, that is making on the sound. a bug...like when the tv is with problem on the signal because it is rainning.

And im for that, every video/music i try to watch, i have a freezing/noise on the video and music. Like an interference.

I did a full hardware test (pressing F12 when restarting note) and it says it is all 100% working.

While researching on the web, i found a topic in dell community support (Brazil version) about a user that has a Inspiron Gaming 7559 that also has problem in the sound. The discussions of the users conclusion was that DELL SUPPORT ASSIST and DELL SUPPORT ASSIST AGENT were the problem, and some users said that after unistalling it, the problems stopped.

Also found a topic at notebook review (February 2015, by papusan - http://forum.notebookreview.com/thr...ist-agent-version-and-dell-data-vault.771147/ ) where a o lot of users said that those programs were bringing a lot of problems for their notebooks.

I would like to know how can i fix the processing problem of my notebook, that is affecting the sound, freezing it (it is like a frame freezing, something like that, when overheating - but my note isnt ho), because the notebook is brand new and for the config (intel 6820k, gtx 1070 and 16gbram) it is not to have this kind of proble.

    Thanks guys

Exchange your system for another one. Call customer support to initiate it and demand that you want a new system due to the problems with the current

so i should call support and ask them to trade the notebook, or only the system? Im using windows 10, and i would like to still use windows 10. Do you think the problem is related to that?
