Whenever I do a cold boot while on battery I get a Pink SCreen of Death before rebooting and everythign working fine. It lists an Nvidia file as the issue.

I have removed and reinstalled all the nvidia drivers and does a sfc scan and nothing seems to solve it.

Does anyone have any ideas? It just started in the last few days.

Have you recently installed the new BIOS?
I just installed the new BIOS and ran into a pink BSOD but wasn't displaying an Nvidia issue. Mine was some buffer stack? Going to look into this now.

I think I actually have narrowed it down to the Nvidia HD audio driver. I just removed it and am trying it now.

Let us know how that goes. I'm interested in seeing what is causing such a strange issue.

So far I have been fine since removing the Nvidia HD audio driver, it seems almost any version of it causes the issue for me but letting Windows install its own driver works just fine.
