    Hello,

This may sound like a dumb question but I'm planning on buying a Vostro 3560 and I noticed it didn't have a wireless switch on the side. How do you turn the wireless off?

I asked the sales people over at Dell and they didn't know!

    Can you all help? Thanks.

Not a Vostro owner, but if there is no hardware switch, they often use a Function key combo to switch off the wireless.

You can always check the Dell Documentation site and see

Yea I've got the owner's manual but it doesn't say anything about how to turn it on or off.

It does tell you how to remove the wireless card, though... lol...

    This shouldn't be rocket science.

FN+F2. Take a good look at the keyboard photos.

    Wow, that stinks!

The power switch on the side was a no-brainer. Looks like another cheap-charlie cost-cutting measure
