Hello we did buy a M4600 with FirePro 5950 because we wanted to use 2 external screens. We did use the advanced docking station and 2x 24" DELL TFT's 1900x1200 via display port.

Unfortunately we did had trouble. Occasional 1-2 times in a week the external TFT's started HEAVY flickering. To stop this we had to reboot the M4600 or to pull the DL cable and connect it again or to disable the external screen via CCC and enable it again.

    This started in october.
DELL tried to resolve this by:
    1. sending a new Docking station
    2. sending a new external Monitor
    3. Changing the video card

After all this didnt help in February they did send a TOTALY NEW M4600

But the new one shows the same problem! For us it seems that they have a heavy problem with the EYEFINITY mode, its not stable, and they dont seem to have an idea what causes it.

On the web they are some report of this problems with standard PC AMD video cards and this flicker effect in EYEFINITY mode (3 displays), but no one complains about the M4600.

I have an M4600 and advanced docking station with a Dell U2312HM DP display. With a single display, I had no problems at all. I recently got another identical display and now I am also experiencing heavy flickering of one display. Sometimes it goes off completely. If I swap the displays, the problem moves so it seems to be related to the port on the docking station. Anyone else having this problem? I'm using the latest driver from amd.
